Reinstatement

In instances where students are administratively dropped from the course(s) as a result of non-payment, no show, or in error, the student must contact the Registrar’s Office to request reinstatement. Reinstatement is not guaranteed. The reinstatement form can be found on the Stingray Experience dashboard under Student Electronic Forms.  

Reinstatement Types:

  • Non-Payment - Students who do not pay fees and tuition by the deadline will be dropped from courses for non-payment; reinstatement is not guaranteed.
    • Please check your Student Account Summary for any outstanding balance.  This is  located on the Stingray Experience dashboard under Student Self-Service
  • No Show - Students who do not complete an assignment within the first five (5) calendar days of the academic term will be dropped.
  • Withdrew in Error - Students who mistakenly withdraw from classes and would like to be reinstated. This is at the discretion of the instructor.
