Applicants who are in their final year of high school and are applying for a college term immediately after they graduate are granted Pending Admit Status. The following specifics define the parameters of this status. High school seniors may submit one of the following documents:
- Official/unofficial transcripts
- In-progress high school transcripts
- 12th Grade (senior year) report card
- A letter from a high school confirming the candidate’s progress towards fulfilling all necessary high school requirements for graduation.
- GaDOE SLDS Report – the student’s Statewide Longitudinal Data System report that includes the student’s Georgia Transcript ID.
These applicants are not eligible for federal financial aid until a final high school transcript has been received.
